These Terms and Conditions, and other rules and policies informed in the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radiant Auto with respect to your use of the site, and they supersede all prior communications, proposals, and terms and conditions between you and Radiant Auto with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
This site is created and controlled by Radiant Auto reserves the right to make changes to the website and the terms, conditions and disclaimers at any time and without information to the customers/users of the services/website of Radiant Auto
Radiant Auto is not merely a flat form for selling products.Radiant Auto selects those products which fulfill the requirement of quality criteria that will be worth while buying for a customer . However Radiant Auto expressly disclaims any warranties or representations express or implied in respect of quality, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed and transacted on Radiant Auto’s website.
The delivery of an order may take 4-6 business days from the date of confirmation. However, actual delivery time depends upon availability of product with us, shipping address, courier company’s guidelines or any other circumstances
Radiant Auto is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of items, which are out of stock, back ordered, returned undelivered or otherwise unavailable. All items are offered only for a restricted time and only for the available supply/till stock lasts.
Shipping charges may be applicable on all products.Radiant Auto reserves the right to change or cancel any order its sole discretion.Any fraudulent activities that may include creation of duplicate accounts, aliasing or violation of terms & conditions will lead to order cancellation. Radiant Auto accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties.Radiant Auto reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Under some rare situations, Radiant Auto can also raise an order cancellation request.These situations could be –
Product out of stock
Payment fraud suspicion by our Sales Department
Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address
Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners
All orders shall be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment as established by Radiant Auto which may call for and require additional verification or information.After the receipt of payment from you, we shall arrange for the delivery of the product at the shipping address provided by you.The address at which delivery of the product ordered by you are to be made should be correct and proper in all respects.Any and all orders placed by you on this website are a firm commitment to purchase and you are obligated to complete the transaction and not contest it in anyway.All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees.
If our courier partner’s office is not situated within the stipulated distance limit of delivery area the same should be kept their office and they will inform you to collect it from your nearest courier office of our courier partner. In that case Radiant Auto will intimate you all relevant details of courier by registered email provided by at the time of booking or you can inform us your whats app number or phone number by email. However you can track your order status from our courier partners website tracking.
You can modify your order as long as it has not been shipped. Kindly contact us at radiantauto.co.in for any modifications.Your order status will be email/whatsapp to you as soon as shipment done
100% of Dispatches at our end will be thoroughly checked by our staff for avoiding wrong /damaged product dispatch.
In case a User purchases multiple Products in one transaction, deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and shall be subject to availability of stock
You can place a return request within 10 days of order delivery.However in case of Damaged/Missing product,the return request should be filled within 2 days of delivery.Return request will be reviewed by Radiant Auto for further action.
Once your request to return an order is approved, a pickup will be initiated. You will receive an email from us, with information on the packaging, return address and required documentation. Please keep the product ready with all tags & accessories. Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit.After approval of the product ,we will ask you to dispatch the product through our courier partner/or available courier service with your station.The approved courier charges will be reimbursed by Radiant auto. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. After your payment has been done, the paid amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our REFUND POLICY. We will notify you at your registered email address if an order cancellation happens due to any reason.Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability
Where the Product replaced is of a higher value that the Product returned, the User shall be liable to pay the differential charges by way of any of the payment method mentioned
Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases –
Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style,
Wrong item delivered
Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired
Defective Product – Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning )
Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging
Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts
No Invoice
Returns/ Replacement requests will not accepted under following cases –
If Products are Altered/ Used
If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)
If Serial Number is tampered
For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery
Please take care of the following points, while packing your product for return dispatch
Product should not be used/altered/ tampered
Keep original price tag & packing slip intact
Mention Order Number on the box
Mention the Order Number/Delivery Address on the package, before handing over the packet to our Courier partner
Keep the Courier Company’s receipt for tracking purposes
Please Note – Radiant Auto shall not be liable for any incidental defect/damage, like liquid leakage/mishandling etc.
